DURAN® Class A volumetric flask with individual certificate and Certificate of Conformity (CoC) is a precision laboratory vessel made from borosilicate glass 3.3 for accurate volume measurement. This clear 5 ml wide-neck flask features a permanently fired blue print and a printed ring mark for improved visibility, and conforms to ISO 1042. Calibrated to contain (In) at the +20 °C reference temperature, it meets the tight volumetric tolerances of accuracy class A. An individual serial number is laser-etched into the base and recorded on the accompanying single certificate, which documents the measured volume, measurement uncertainty and issue date. Supplied with an ergonomic polyethylene stopper for quick and secure opening and closing, the flask is suited to preparing and storing standard solutions, measuring liquid volumes, diluting solutions, mixing components, volumetric analysis and general volumetry. Precise processing and scaling deliver high measurement reliability and process stability. The durable DURAN® design from manufacturer Duran/DWK Life Sciences supports long service life when glassware is not heated above +250 °C in drying ovens or sterilizers.
