Description
DYNEO DD-450F refrigerated circulating thermostat with synthetic refrigerant covers a wide working temperature range for internal and external temperature-control tasks. The stainless-steel bath is fitted with an integrated cover and offers a medium bath opening of 13 × 15 cm with 15 cm depth; optimised cooling-coil geometry maximises usable bath volume. A powerful, continuously adjustable immersion pressure pump supplies 27 l/min at 0,7 bar and permits easy selection of internal or external circulation. Users operate the unit through a multilingual 3,5 inch colour TFT display and a single central rotary controller, backed by an integrated programmer, USB port and external Pt100 input; RS232 or analogue interfaces remain optional. An integrated drain tap simplifies safe emptying, the ventilation grille can be removed for service, and the bath cover is included. The refrigeration system works accurately and reliably even when ambient temperature reaches +40 °C. Cooling capacities are measured to DIN 12876 with ethanol up to 20 °C and thermal oil above 20 °C at 20 °C ambient. Scope of delivery comprises two hose olives each for 8 mm and 12 mm i.d. hose on M16×1 pump connections. This circulating thermostat from manufacturer Julabo is offered as 1 pc with a net weight of 25,5 kg.
This article is part of Test inks & surface tension, in Test kits & water analysis.

Questions about DYNEO DD-450F Refrigerated/heating circulator
What is this article?
DYNEO DD-450F Refrigerated/heating circulator is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Julabo for laboratory use. It sits in Test inks & surface tension, inside Test kits & water analysis, in Lab chemicals.
A test ink checks the surface energy of a solid: the ink either wets the surface or crawls back. The stated dyne value is the product. It is a surface-treatment check, used on plastics and films, not an assay of a liquid concentration.
A test kit turns a chemical question into a colour, a titre or a reading on a strip, so the operator does not have to assemble the method from separate reagents. A cuvette test is a ready optical cell. A strip is a field reading. The range printed on the kit is the range where the answer means something. Outside it, the kit is silent or wrong. The substances inside are on PubChem. Water measurement traces to NIST.
