It records temperature over the range −30 °C to +70 °C with a resolution of 0,1 °C and stores up to 40.000 measured values. Accuracy reaches ±0,5 °C between −20 °C and +40 °C and ±0,8 °C across the remaining span. The automatically generated PDF report allows immediate access to logged data via any standard PDF reader; a factory calibration certificate is included. Powered by a single CR 2450 lithium button cell, the unit measures approximately 80 × 33 × 14 mm, weighs about 35 g and carries IP65 protection. Questions about EBI 300, USB logger NTC

What is this article?

EBI 300, USB logger NTC is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Ebro - a Xylem brand for laboratory use. It sits in Data loggers, inside Temperature measurement, in Lab instruments.

A data logger stores a temperature, a humidity or another signal over time, so a shipment or a room has a record rather than a spot reading. The interval, the memory and the sensor range are the specification. A logger that is full has stopped being a record.

A thermometer reports a temperature. A liquid-in-glass thermometer is a calibrated column. A digital thermometer is a sensor and a display, and the sensor, not the display, is what is calibrated. An infrared thermometer reads a surface and depends on emissivity. A data logger stores the reading over time. Without a stated uncertainty and a calibration point, the number is only an indication. The scale is maintained by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET. Accreditation is BELAC.
