Description
Electronic dual temperature controller MIL-RD2011 is a dual-channel laboratory temperature regulation instrument for simultaneous control of two independent heaters. It integrates two configurable AX4 temperature controllers, each with dual displays that show setpoint and actual value for the connected heating circuits. PID self-optimisation and settings via a dedicated parameter level support precise adaptation of control behaviour. Sensor inputs accept Pt-100 probes or thermocouples and cover temperature ranges up to 1200 °C. Total switching capacity is specified at a maximum of 3650 W / 16 A. Two temperature sensors and two heaters connect via screw terminals for a secure, serviceable interface. The unit is supplied in a table or wall housing with a transparent cover. Power is provided by a 1,5 m mains cable with Schuko plug at a rated voltage of 230 V AC. This dual controller from manufacturer ISOHEAT/SAF Wärmetechnik is suited to coordinated dual-zone heating in laboratory and technical process environments. Net weight is 1,7 kg and gross weight 1,9 kg, supporting straightforward bench or wall installation.

What is this article?
Electronic double temperature regulator, MIL-RD2011, 0-1200°C, 16 A, terminals is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes ISOHEAT/SAF Wärmetechnik for laboratory use. It sits in Temperature control accessories, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
Temperature-control accessories are the probes, the lids, the racks and the fluids that complete a bath or a circulator. A lid is what keeps a water bath from evaporating away. The fluid's flash point is part of the choice.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
