The distinctive blue colour does not occur naturally in foodstuffs, so any fragment that enters a process line is quickly spotted during visual inspection and supports HACCP, IFS and BRC foreign-body controls. The long handle reaches deep into larger vessels and enables sampling from drums, canisters and narrow-neck bottles. Grip notches keep the single-use spoon secure in the hand. Overall length is 375 mm with a 300 mm handle; the blade is 68 mm long and 48 mm wide. Cleanroom-manufactured (class 7), individually packed and sterilised, it meets EU food-contact and FDA guidelines and suits sensitive work in food, feed and pharmaceutical production.
