Description

Measuring pipettes class AS 1 ml with 0,01 ml graduation provide reliable volumetric delivery for analytical chemistry and quality-control laboratories. Fabricated from AR-Glas® soda-lime glass and adjusted to EX, these Type 2 instruments locate the zero point at the bottom per DIN EN ISO 835. Blue graduation with main-point ring division extends to the tip, enabling precise reading of partial volumes. Every pipette is marked with a dated batch code and supplied with a declaration of conformity to DIN 12600. Hirschmann manufactures these class AS measuring pipettes for laboratories that need consistent accuracy and documented batch identity. A complimentary batch calibration certificate is available online, and single-unit or DAkkS certificates can be ordered separately. The 1 ml model forms part of a graduated series that includes cotton-plug ends from 5 ml; this variant is packed in units of 12 pieces for convenient stock replenishment and daily use.

What is this article?

GRAD. PIPETTES, AS 1:0,01 ML, CC, ZERO IN TIP, BLUE GRAD. is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Hirschmann for laboratory use. It sits in Graduated pipettes, inside Pipettes & pipette tips, in Lab consumables.

A graduated pipette delivers a chosen volume along a scale, to contain or to deliver as marked. Class A and class B differ in tolerance. A serological pipette is a different, usually plastic, article. Reading the meniscus and delivering correctly, blow-out or not, is printed on the pipette.

A pipette moves a measured volume. A volumetric pipette delivers one line. A graduated pipette delivers along a scale. A Pasteur pipette is an uncalibrated transfer. A piston pipette uses a tip, and the tip has to seal on that pipette. A filter tip adds a barrier so aerosol from the sample does not reach the piston. Serological pipettes are the long graduated tubes used with a controller. The volume and the fit are the specification. Piston pipettes are treated under ISO laboratory apparatus. In-vitro work also meets ISO in vitro diagnostic systems.
