Description

HPLC Starter Kit VI, GreenLine, PEEK for PFAS analysis is a complete starter package for safe solvent supply on HPLC systems. The kit contains four Safety Cap VI units with GL 45 thread, each fitted with a freely rotatable PEEK core and UNF ¼'' 28G internal thread for capillary and ventilation-valve connection, plus four ventilation valves, four change indicators, twenty-four PE fittings 1,6 mm OD, twenty-four PE fittings 2,3 mm OD, twenty-four PE fittings 3,2 mm OD and twenty PE blanking plugs. Free from polyhalogenated olefins, with PEEK core and PE fittings, the set is PFAS-free and ideally suited to PFAS analytics. It conforms to DIN 38407-42 and DIN 38414-14 as well as EU Directive 2020/2184. Safety Caps from manufacturer SCAT block harmful vapours while protecting the HPLC system from contamination. Intended for initial equipping of an HPLC installation, the kit remains universally usable even when fewer connections are required; unused ports are simply closed with the blanking plugs. All components can be reordered individually and the package offers a clear price advantage versus separate purchases. Compatible with all common HPLC systems.

Questions about HPLC Starter Kit VI, GreenLine, PEEK, PFAS Analytic

What is this article?

HPLC Starter Kit VI, GreenLine, PEEK, PFAS Analytic is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes S.C.A.T for laboratory use. It sits in Closures (other), inside Stoppers, caps & closures, in Labware.

These are the closures that are not a plain screw cap, a rubber stopper or a ground-glass stopper. The question is still the same: does the closure match the mouth, and does the material survive the contents.

A closure is the part that decides whether a bottle stays shut and whether the contents attack the seal. A ground-glass stopper matches a ground neck. A screw cap needs the right thread and a liner that survives the liquid. Rubber and silicone stoppers push into a mouth. The liner, not the colour of the cap, is the chemical choice. The vessels they close are indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
