Description

Icepur ® is a disinfectant cleaner concentrate presented in a 5 L canister for combined wipe disinfection and cleaning of surfaces and inventory. Based on quaternary ammonium compounds and free from alcohol and aldehydes, the concentrate contains no toxic or volatile constituents. It is odor-neutral and non-volatile, dissolves protein and fat, and neutralizes odor-forming bacteria. Icepur cleans and disinfects in a single step, loosens dried blood stains and leaves no stains, while showing good compatibility with metals, rubber and plastics. The product is also suitable for mask disinfection and cleaning in epidemic situations. MEA- and SMA-tested and BauA-registered, this concentrate from manufacturer Landgraf HLL must be diluted with water before use: prepare a 1% solution at 1:100 with 10 ml Icepur per 1 litre of water, or a 2% solution at 1:50 with 20 ml per litre for heavier soiling. Rapid action supports efficient surface hygiene workflows in laboratory and medical environments.

Questions about Icepur ® disinfectant, 5 L canister, must be diluted

What is this article?

Icepur ® disinfectant, 5 L canister, must be diluted is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Landgraf HLL for laboratory use. It sits in Canisters & jerrycans, inside Bottles & containers, in Labware.

A canister or jerrycan holds litres, not millilitres, and it is shaped to be carried and to pour. The material has to survive the liquid for the whole time the can sits in the store.

A laboratory bottle is a closed container with a stated volume and a neck that takes a cap, a stopper or a dispenser. Borosilicate glass is the choice when the liquid is a solvent, or when the bottle will be heated or autoclaved. Polyethylene and polypropylene are the choice when the bottle must not shatter, or when hydrofluoric acid would attack glass. A narrow mouth pours. A wide mouth is for powders and for reaching the bottom. Laboratory ware of this kind is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware. Traceable volume sits with the BIPM and NIST Physical Measurement.
