IoT-Line precision balance KERN 572-57 is a full-range precision balance with a maximum load of 24,1 kg and a readability of 0,0001 kg on a 160 mm × 200 mm weighing pan. Laboratory functions such as recipe weighing, percentage determination and high precision make it a reliable partner for daily laboratory work, while robust build quality, piece counting, vibration-free weighing and large capacity suit industrial settings that require highest accuracy and Industry 4.0 connectivity. The KERN Universal Port (KUP) enables connection of external adapters including RS-232, USB, Bluetooth, WLAN or Ethernet for data exchange and control commands without installation effort. KERN Communication Protocol (KCP) supports querying and remote control from external devices or computers. A freely programmable weighing unit permits direct readout in application units such as yarn length g/m or paper weight g/m². The aluminium die-cast housing from manufacturer Kern ensures stable standing and protects the weighing system. A ring-shaped draft shield with weighing chamber ∅×H 157×43 mm, a hook for underfloor weighing, spirit level with adjustable feet and a protective working cover are included as standard.
