Jumbo all-layer collector in aluminium is a zone sampler for representative sampling through all layers of coarse-grained bulk goods. At 150 cm length with a 1700 ml collection volume, it uses an open inner tube without separate chambers so that a homogeneous mixed sample is obtained, accurately reflecting overall composition even in heterogeneous materials. Long collection lances with a 50 mm tube diameter and a particularly large chamber volume support large sample quantities and large grain sizes. The tip is removable; emptying is done simply via the open handle, and the open inner tube eases cleaning. The unit can be autoclaved and flame-treated to reduce contamination risk and may be inserted vertically or horizontally into containers, silos or heaps.
