Description
LR-2.ST the High Performer S002 is a modular laboratory reactor with UK plug, built for optimising and reproducing chemical reaction, mixing and homogenising processes on the laboratory scale. Its stirrer shaft mounts reliably transmit elevated motor torque. Free ports on the reactor lid accommodate dispersing devices (ULTRA-TURRAX®), temperature sensors, flow breakers and additional accessories. The unit is vacuum-capable and fitted with product-contact seals of solvent- and temperature-resistant perfluoroelastomer (FFPM). Speed adjustment is stepless; an integrated torque trend display tracks viscosity changes, and microprocessor control keeps the selected speed constant under load. A removable Wireless Controller (WiCo) supports safe operation in a fume cupboard. The complete LR-2.ST configuration from manufacturer IKA consists of the stand system, the EUROSTAR 200 control P4 laboratory stirrer with higher torque, safety shut-off and reactor lid. Net weight is 38,000 kg. Designed for demanding, reproducible laboratory process development.
