Measuring pipette 0,5 ml, soda-lime glass, Class AS, Type 2 with blue print is designed for precise measuring and transfer of liquids in volumetric work. Fabricated from soda-lime glass (AR-Glas ®), it allows different liquid volumes to be taken up and delivered completely or in partial amounts. Adjustment is to delivery (“Ex”) at +20 °C reference temperature. Tolerances correspond to Class AS limits of the German calibration ordinance as well as ISO and DIN standards, with a waiting time of 15 seconds. The blue scale features main-point ring graduation, numbering from bottom to top (nominal volume at the top) and a durable fired-on print for lasting legibility. A cotton-plug end is provided. Pipettes of accuracy class AS with batch number are delivered with a batch certificate documenting the measured batch mean, standard deviation and issue date; certificates are also available online. The four-digit batch code encodes production year and batch. Full-delivery construction and shorter waiting time relative to Class A facilitate efficient handling.
