Blue does not occur naturally in food, so any piece that enters production is readily found in visual inspection and supports HACCP, IFS and BRC foreign-body controls in food processing, feed and pharma. Volume is embossed on the handle; surplus medium is wiped off at the upper edge for exact dosing. The flat front edge reaches bottoms and corners for good residual emptying, and the flat base allows the spoon to be set down without spilling contents. Cleanroom-made (class 7), individually packed and sterilised from manufacturer Bürkle, the disposable format avoids cleaning and cross-contamination.
