Description
Memosens CPL51E pH glass sensor with robust plastic shaft is a Memosens 2.0 digital electrode for reliable pH determination both directly in process samples and in the laboratory. The sensor measures pH values up to 14 and features a 12 mm diameter shaft with 120 mm length. An open diaphragm and gel reference electrolyte support stable operation, while the integrated PT 1000 temperature sensor enables temperature-compensated readings. The digital sensor signal and automatic sensor identification simplify handling at the bench or in the field. Inductive Memosens coupling to the matching Liquiline Mobile CML18 handheld meter is insensitive to moisture and corrosion and provides true plug-and-play connection: attach the sensor and start measuring. Measured values, calibration data and history are stored in the sensor itself, allowing condition values to be read out and supporting sensor checks that strengthen GLP workflows. All sensors are pre-calibrated at delivery and ready for spot-sample measurements once connected to the mobile meter. This robust plastic-shaft design from manufacturer Endress+Hauser combines fast response with high measurement accuracy for process and laboratory pH analysis.

Questions about Memosens CPL51E pH glass sensor Robust with plastic schaft
What is this article?
Memosens CPL51E pH glass sensor Robust with plastic schaft is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Endress+Hauser for laboratory use. It sits in Stirring shafts, propellers & impellers, inside Stirring, shaking & mixing, in Lab instruments.
A shaft, a propeller or an impeller is the wetted end of an overhead stirrer. The diameter and the pitch decide whether the liquid turns over. The material, stainless steel or PTFE, decides what the liquid may be. The chuck size has to match the stirrer.
Stirring keeps a mixture uniform or helps a solid dissolve. A magnetic stirrer spins a bar inside a closed vessel. An overhead stirrer drives a shaft when the liquid is viscous or the volume is large. A vortex mixer agitates a tube. A shaker moves a whole rack or a plate. The shape of the impeller and the speed decide whether the liquid turns over or merely spins. The vessels being stirred are indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
