Micro cuvette type 104.002-QS is a precision spectroscopy cell made from high-performance quartz glass for the wavelength range 200 nm to 2500 nm. It offers a 10 mm path length, a PTFE fold lid and a fill volume of 700 µl, and is suitable for common spectrophotometers. Hellma® precision cuvettes from manufacturer Hellma (IDL) are manufactured entirely in Germany and are thermally bonded rather than glued, giving high resistance to temperature and chemicals while helping prevent unwanted leakage. Selected high-performance quartz glasses provide excellent transmission above 82 % for accurate photometric results. Chamfered edges support safe handling and reduce chipping risk. Cells can be cleaned and reused for long-term laboratory use. Production follows EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001 and meets high optical standards; a declaration of conformity is available from the Hellma website, with further certificates available on request. Path-length accuracy and parallelism support continuously reproducible measurements in routine UV/Vis and near-IR work.
