Mineral-insulated heating cable MIL-HC-INC is a robust high-temperature heating line designed for demanding laboratory and process applications. With a length of 6,5 m and a nominal power of 1300 W at 230 V AC, it delivers reliable heat transfer for container heating, heating tapes and related thermal control tasks. The cable features an Inconel outer sheath (material 2.4816), is waterproof and protective-earthed, and offers a diameter range of Ø 3,2–6,5 mm with a minimum bending radius greater than 5 × Ø. Maximum heating conductor temperature reaches 1000 °C. The transition is laser-welded and includes 2 × 0,5 m cold leads, a 150 mm flexible connection strand and an M20 × 1,5 screw connection for secure installation. Supplied by manufacturer ISOHEAT/SAF Wärmetechnik, this MIL-HC-INC model uses laser-welded connection technology for durability under thermal stress. Other lengths and heating powers are available on request, making the series adaptable to varied laboratory and industrial heating setups requiring mineral insulation and high temperature stability.
