Novartos Uno is a triple target-point powder sampler in V4A stainless steel with a length of 600 mm, configured as a 3-fold unit with three collection chambers and supplied without inserts. It withdraws a triple target-point sample from one predefined sampling zone in a single insertion: one collection chamber is fitted with three sample inserts (accessories). Multiple unit-dose samples can therefore be obtained without repeatedly piercing the bulk, which largely avoids segregation—especially important when taking very small quantities in pharmaceutical work. Immersion depth is indicated on a laser-engraved centimetre scale. A rounded tip helps prevent container scratching, and two additional handles support secure insertion, locking and rotation in powders or granules. Precision-fit, easily exchangeable inserts prevent cross-mixing and allow simple dismantling for thorough cleaning. The groove-free, electropolished surface of this pharma sampler from manufacturer Bürkle leaves no recesses for residues. It supports rapid collection of numerous samples for representative retain samples and is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage, and biotechnology environments requiring representative sampling of very small powder quantities according to FDA unit-dose sampling principles.
