Description
PC60 Premium 5-in-1 multi-parameter meter combines pH, conductivity, TDS, salinity and temperature measurement in a single portable instrument. The replaceable multiparameter electrode enables rapid, accurate testing of all five parameters with automatic temperature compensation from 0 to 50 °C. pH covers −2,00 to 16,00 at 0,01 resolution and ±0,01 accuracy with automatic one- to three-point calibration and buffer recognition. Conductivity spans 0 to 20,00 mS/cm at ±1 % F.S., TDS ranges from 0,1 ppm to 10,00 ppt (factor 0,40–1,00), and salinity reaches 0 to 10,00 ppt. Temperature is measured from 0 to 50 °C with 0,1 °C resolution. A large LCD uses blue backlight for measurement and green for calibration; modes switch quickly between pH, conductivity, TDS and salinity. The IP67 housing is waterproof and buoyant, powered by four AAA batteries for up to 1000 hours. Dimensions are 40 × 40 × 178 mm with a net weight of 133 g. The complete set from manufacturer APERA Instruments includes pH and conductivity calibration solutions, storage solution, batteries, lanyard and carrying case, ready for laboratory or field water-quality work.

Questions about PC60 Premium 5-in-1 Multi-Parameter Pocket Meter
What is this article?
PC60 Premium 5-in-1 Multi-Parameter Pocket Meter is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes APERA Instruments for laboratory use. It sits in Dissolved oxygen & multiparameter meters, inside pH & electrochemistry, in Lab instruments.
A dissolved-oxygen meter reads oxygen in a liquid, optically or with a Clark cell. A multiparameter meter adds pH, conductivity or both on one instrument. The sensor cap or the membrane is the consumable. A reading in air and a reading in water are different calibrations.
A pH meter is a voltmeter on a glass electrode. The voltage tracks hydrogen-ion activity, and the electrode is converted to pH only after it is adjusted with buffers of known value. Conductivity measures how well a solution carries a current, which for dilute salts tracks concentration. Dissolved oxygen and titration are further electrodes on the same idea: a sensor, a standard, and a reading that is only as fresh as the calibration. Buffer values and chemical identity sit on PubChem. Accreditation of the calibration laboratory is the field of BELAC and EURAMET.
