PharmaDispo LaboPlast is a disposable multi-target powder sampler in polystyrene (PS) with 1,0 ml chamber capacity for contamination-free sampling of powdered materials. Units are fully automatically assembled under ISO class 7 cleanroom conditions and individually packaged, so each sampler remains free from contamination until the moment of use. Single-use disposal after sampling excludes cross-contamination between different samples or products and helps protect process integrity. From manufacturer Bürkle, PharmaDispo is a multi-target-point disposable sampler that collects three separate target-point samples in one sampling action. Three independent chambers enable simultaneous withdrawal from different layers or zones, allowing material composition to be assessed differentially across layers when a single bulk sample would not characterise the material adequately. Target-point aliquots can be analysed individually or combined into a representative mixed sample. An ergonomic form with a sliding mechanism and end stop supports comfortable one-handed opening and closing. The sampler is intended for precise withdrawal of small powder portions from open containers such as sacks or drums, especially in pharmaceutical quality control of raw materials, active ingredients or intermediates where hygienic, particle-conscious multi-layer sampling is required.
