PowderProof® Granules vertical sampling lance, 120 cm complete, is a mobile, electrically driven sampling solution for efficient and accurate collection of free-flowing granules from large bulk containers with direct access from above. The complete unit pairs a robust drive unit with an interchangeable piercing lance and conveying spiral, so substantial sample quantities can be obtained quickly from open vessels such as drums, barrels, big bags or sacks. Both target-point and all-layer samples can be taken conveniently, supporting comprehensive quality control already at incoming-goods inspection. The lance tip is designed for smooth gliding and easy penetration into the material, including through narrow container openings. Sample material is conveyed through the collection lance directly into the sample container, helping avoid contamination of the specimen. Extensive accessories increase ease of use and safety during sampling.
