Description
Wide-neck storage bottle of clear soda-lime glass with standard ground joint NS 60/46 and matching glass stopper offers a nominal volume of 1 l. The wide neck diameter ensures convenient access to the bottle contents, while the standard ground joint provides a secure, tight seal. Made exclusively from glass components, the bottle is intended for the storage of air-sensitive reagents and chemicals as well as hygroscopic liquids, granules and powders. A maximum usage temperature of +100 °C is recommended; thermal shock resistance reaches 30 K and the glass is rated hydrolytic class 3. Care should be taken with DURAN® glass stoppers: a temperature difference greater than 30 °C between bottle and stopper can cause the stopper to become stuck. Supplied by manufacturer Duran/DWK Life Sciences, this clear laboratory storage bottle supports reliable containment and visual monitoring in research, analytical and quality-control laboratories.
