Research® plus 30–300 µL orange is a variable single-channel mechanical air-cushion pipette intended for accurate, easy and ergonomic manual pipetting of aqueous solutions. The pipette employs the established three-button operating system—one element each for volume selection, pipetting and tip ejection—and is delivered with an epT.I.P.S.® Box 2.0 holding 96 pipette tips. Designed according to the Eppendorf PhysioCare Concept®, it provides some of the lowest operating and tip-ejection forces on the market to lessen hand and arm load. The spring-loaded tip cone reduces attachment forces. Rapid temporary adjustment enhances accuracy when handling difficult liquids such as ethanol or when working at altitude, after which factory settings can be restored without recalibration. The complete pipette or only the lower part may be autoclaved to ensure proper decontamination. High-grade materials guarantee strong UV and chemical resistance; dedicated single-channel lower parts for aggressive chemicals are available.
