Description

RINGCAPS 1+2+3+4+5 µl KB are disposable micro pipettes made from DURAN® glass under the ringcaps® trademark. Supplied as single-use capillary pipettes with a ring mark, they support accurate aspiration and delivery of small liquid volumes in analytical, biochemical and in-vitro diagnostic workflows. The assortment covers five nominal volumes—1 µl, 2 µl, 3 µl, 4 µl and 5 µl—in one format, simplifying stocking of common microlitre sizes. Conformity is declared according to DIN 12600 and the pipettes meet ISO 7550; CE marking is applied in accordance with IVD Directive 98/79/EG. The ring mark enables fill-to-mark technique for reproducible handling of minute aliquots and helps limit cross-contamination through single use. Goods are packed in tins of 250 pieces, with a minimum order quantity of four boxes. Net weight for the relevant packaging configuration is 0,102 kg. These micro disposable pipettes from manufacturer Hirschmann offer calibrated glass capillary performance for routine laboratory sampling and transfer where contamination control and standardised compliance documentation are required.

A sample container or jar is the vessel the sample travels in, with a closure that survives the trip. The volume and the liner decide whether the sample that arrives is the sample that was taken.

A laboratory bottle is a closed container with a stated volume and a neck that takes a cap, a stopper or a dispenser. Borosilicate glass is the choice when the liquid is a solvent, or when the bottle will be heated or autoclaved. Polyethylene and polypropylene are the choice when the bottle must not shatter, or when hydrofluoric acid would attack glass. A narrow mouth pours. A wide mouth is for powders and for reaching the bottom. Laboratory ware of this kind is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware. Traceable volume sits with the BIPM and NIST Physical Measurement.
