Exactly pre-weighed pouches for convenient and rapid preparation of Tris solution.
Due to its slightly alkaline buffering capacity (pH 7,0-9,0), Tris buffer corresponds well with physiological parameters and is widely used within molecular biology and biochemistry. In addition to being a popular base for a variety of assay solutions, Tris buffer is frequently used in washing procedures, for DNA and sample dilution, and for electrophoresis.
Prepared solution may be sterilized by filtration (0,22 µm) or autoclaving. For long-term storage, buffer solution should be kept at +4 °C.
