TRISON 4000.2 Xi, R is a high-performance modular ultrasonic bath designed for intensive pre-cleaning of high-value medical instruments, with particular focus on complex da Vinci robotic instruments (type Xi) from Intuitive Surgical. The right-hand version combines gentle ultrasonic cavitation, continuous individual instrument movement, and alternating suction–pressure flushing so that distal ends, joints, cable pulls and hard-to-reach lumens are cleaned thoroughly without mechanical abrasion. Flushable MIC instruments receive suction flushing, while robotics and MIC tools are individually flow-checked; blocked channels are flagged by the software after reprocessing. Temperature monitoring with warning function, protocol logging and ergonomic swivel-arm operation support safe, hygienic workflows. The unit is also suitable for standard instruments. Supplied as a set from manufacturer Bandelin, it offers an internal tank of 770 × 420 × 165/190 mm with G 1½ drain, rotary-handle fitting and stainless-steel stopper.
