Description

SONOREX DIGITEC DT 1028 H is a high-performance ultrasonic cleaner with heating for practices, laboratories and workshops. Its 28,0 l sonication tank measures 500 x 300 x 200 mm internally and cleans thoroughly yet gently via intensive cavitation bubbles, including hard-to-reach areas of the items being cleaned. The unit delivers 300 W nominal power, 1200 W ultrasonic peak power and 1300 W heating power. User-friendly wipe-clean keypad controls allow simple adjustment of cleaning duration and bath temperature; remaining cleaning time as well as setpoint and actual bath temperature are shown clearly on the display. Automatic SweepTec avoids standing waves in the ultrasonic field for especially uniform cleaning, and the Degas function that can be activated at the start of a cycle further strengthens ultrasonic performance. Drainage is via a ball valve G ½ with 50 cm hose on the left side. Suitable baskets, lids and cleaning or disinfection concentrates are offered as accessories. Supplied as 1 pkg from manufacturer Bandelin, the bath has a net weight of 14,65 kg.

Questions about SONOREX DIGITEC DT 1028 H Ultrasonic bath with heating, Capacity/Volume: 28,0 li

What is this article?

SONOREX DIGITEC DT 1028 H Ultrasonic bath with heating, Capacity/Volume: 28,0 li is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bandelin for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrasonic baths & cleaners, inside Ultrasonic baths & lab washers, in Lab instruments.

An ultrasonic cleaner drops parts into a bath where collapsing bubbles scrub joints and bores. Tank volume and ultrasonic power are the ratings. A basket keeps items off the tank floor, where the transducers are. The liquid is usually water plus a cleaning concentrate, not a strong solvent, unless the tank is rated for it.

An ultrasonic bath cleans by cavitation: the sound collapses tiny bubbles against the surface and lifts soil out of joints a brush cannot reach. The chemistry of the bath liquid still matters. A laboratory glassware washer is the machine that replaces hand washing when the load is large or the result has to be repeatable. Rinse water quality decides whether the glass comes out spotted. The ware being washed is listed under ISO laboratory glassware.
