Proven, particularly robust SONOREX baths clean thoroughly and gently through intensive cavitation, including at hard-to-reach points on the cleaning objects. The bath offers 13,5 l tank volume and internal dimensions of 325 × 300 × 150 mm. Ultrasonic peak power reaches 860 W, with 215 W nominal power and 600 W heating power. User-friendly, easily wipeable key controls set cleaning time and bath temperature; the display presents remaining process time together with setpoint and actual temperature values. Automatic SweepTec suppresses standing waves in the ultrasonic field for especially even cleaning results, and the Degas function can be started at the beginning of a cycle to intensify ultrasonic effectiveness. Drain is via a G ½ ball valve with 50 cm hose on the left side. Suitable baskets, lids and cleaning or disinfection concentrates are offered as accessories. Questions about SONOREX DIGITEC DT 514 H Ultrasonic bath with heating, Capacity/Volume: 13,5 lit

What is this article?

SONOREX DIGITEC DT 514 H Ultrasonic bath with heating, Capacity/Volume: 13,5 lit is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bandelin for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrasonic baths & cleaners, inside Ultrasonic baths & lab washers, in Lab instruments.

An ultrasonic cleaner drops parts into a bath where collapsing bubbles scrub joints and bores. Tank volume and ultrasonic power are the ratings. A basket keeps items off the tank floor, where the transducers are. The liquid is usually water plus a cleaning concentrate, not a strong solvent, unless the tank is rated for it.

An ultrasonic bath cleans by cavitation: the sound collapses tiny bubbles against the surface and lifts soil out of joints a brush cannot reach. The chemistry of the bath liquid still matters. A laboratory glassware washer is the machine that replaces hand washing when the load is large or the result has to be repeatable. Rinse water quality decides whether the glass comes out spotted. The ware being washed is listed under ISO laboratory glassware.
