Description
SONOREX TECHNIK MK 75 BS immersion basket is a stainless-steel basket for holding goods during ultrasonic treatment in matching baths. It is intended to receive the items to be sonicated so that nothing rests directly on the tank floor during operation, which would risk abrasion between the load and the oscillating tank. Bandelin baskets are designed so that the load remains in the optimal region of the cavitation field, about 1–2 cm above the bottom of the oscillating tank. Using a basket also lets the operator place and remove the load comfortably—for example for rinsing—without contacting the sonication liquid in the tank. This immersion basket from manufacturer Bandelin therefore supports both process quality and safer handling in routine ultrasonic cleaning or sample preparation. Supplied as one package, it has a net weight of 3,94 kg and a gross weight of 8,081 kg, with a packaging volume of 0,03 m³. Laboratories that run SONOREX TECHNIK systems can use the MK 75 BS basket to keep workpieces, glassware, or components correctly positioned throughout the ultrasonic cycle and to streamline transfer steps after treatment.

Questions about SONOREX TECHNIK MK 75 B Insert basket
What is this article?
SONOREX TECHNIK MK 75 B Insert basket is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bandelin for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrasonic baths & cleaners, inside Ultrasonic baths & lab washers, in Lab instruments.
An ultrasonic cleaner drops parts into a bath where collapsing bubbles scrub joints and bores. Tank volume and ultrasonic power are the ratings. A basket keeps items off the tank floor, where the transducers are. The liquid is usually water plus a cleaning concentrate, not a strong solvent, unless the tank is rated for it.
An ultrasonic bath cleans by cavitation: the sound collapses tiny bubbles against the surface and lifts soil out of joints a brush cannot reach. The chemistry of the bath liquid still matters. A laboratory glassware washer is the machine that replaces hand washing when the load is large or the result has to be repeatable. Rinse water quality decides whether the glass comes out spotted. The ware being washed is listed under ISO laboratory glassware.
