Description
SONOREX TECHNIK ZM 212 UHL is a two-part high-performance ultrasonic bath with bottom and side sonication and heating for industry, service and maintenance. The welded oscillating tank is made from 2 mm stainless steel V4A (1.4404) for high durability under intensive use. A modular layout supports configurations from a single cleaning tank through to a complete cleaning line. The integrated overflow pocket allows connection of an oil separator to remove cleaned oil films from the bath liquid; a spray tube directs floating oils from the liquid surface into the overflow pocket. A fill-level switch provides dry-run protection for the heater and ultrasonic transducers. Height-adjustable feet and rounded tank corners at the sides and base ease tank cleaning and reduce soil adhesion. Controls mounted in the upper tank area simplify operation of ultrasound and heating. The inclined tank floor improves sound distribution and drainage, limiting residual liquid and deposits. The two-part design places the ultrasonic generator away from the wet area; the generator offers continuously variable power control, a serial interface and a remote-control connection so several tanks, including different frequencies, can run from one unit. TwinSonic multi-frequency systems at bottom and side give uniform sound and power distribution for faster, more even cleaning. Interior dimensions are 750 × 650 × 500/520 mm; drain is a 3-way ball valve G 1 with hose and 1'' hose nozzle. Tank volume is 285,0 l, ultrasonic peak power 12000 W, nominal power 3000 W and heating power 7200 W. Matching baskets, lids and cleaning concentrates are available as accessories (Bandelin).

Questions about SONOREX TECHNIK RM 212 U Ultrasonic bath with overflow, 40 kHz, Capacity/Volume:
What is this article?
SONOREX TECHNIK RM 212 U Ultrasonic bath with overflow, 40 kHz, Capacity/Volume: is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bandelin for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrasonic baths & cleaners, inside Ultrasonic baths & lab washers, in Lab instruments.
An ultrasonic cleaner drops parts into a bath where collapsing bubbles scrub joints and bores. Tank volume and ultrasonic power are the ratings. A basket keeps items off the tank floor, where the transducers are. The liquid is usually water plus a cleaning concentrate, not a strong solvent, unless the tank is rated for it.
An ultrasonic bath cleans by cavitation: the sound collapses tiny bubbles against the surface and lifts soil out of joints a brush cannot reach. The chemistry of the bath liquid still matters. A laboratory glassware washer is the machine that replaces hand washing when the load is large or the result has to be repeatable. Rinse water quality decides whether the glass comes out spotted. The ware being washed is listed under ISO laboratory glassware.
