SONOREX TECHNIK ZM 212 U is a high-performance ultrasonic cleaning bath for industrial, service and maintenance applications. The welded oscillating tank is made from 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404 for high durability under intensive use. A modular layout supports configurations from a single cleaning tank to a complete cleaning line. An integrated overflow pocket enables connection of an oil separator to remove cleaned oil films from the bath, while a spray pipe directs floating oils into the overflow pocket. A fill-level switch provides dry-run protection for heater and ultrasonic transducers. Height-adjustable feet, rounded side and bottom corners and a sloping tank floor improve cleaning, sound distribution and drainage. Controls sit in the upper tank area for easy access. The two-part design allows the ultrasonic generator to be placed away from the wet zone; the generator offers continuous power regulation, a serial interface and remote-control connection, and can drive several tanks of different frequencies. Interior dimensions are 750 x 650 x 500/520 mm with a bath volume of 285,0 l, rated power 2000 W and ultrasonic peak power 8000 W. Drainage uses a 3-way ball valve G 1 with hose and 1'' nozzle.
