Operating at 40 kHz, the unit offers a bath volume of 145,0 l in a welded oscillating tank of stainless steel 1.4404, 2 mm thick, designed for durability under intensive use. Ultrasonic peak power is 4000 W with a rated power of 1000 W. Interior dimensions are 600 × 450 × 450/470 mm; a sloping tank floor supports sound propagation and drainage, while rounded corners ease cleaning. An integrated overflow pocket allows connection of an oil separator, and a spray pipe removes floating oils from the liquid surface.
