SONOREX TECHNIK RM 112 H-ST is a rinse bath with heating and interface for industrial, service and maintenance cleaning lines. The welded tank is fabricated from 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404 for long service life under heavy use. Working volume is 145,0 l with internal dimensions 600 × 450 × 450/470 mm and a heating power of 4800 W. Modular construction allows configurations from a single rinse tank through to a complete multi-stage line. An integrated overflow pocket supports connection of an oil separator; a spray pipe moves floating oils from the liquid surface into that pocket. A fill-level switch provides dry-run protection for the heater. Height-adjustable feet, rounded corners on sides and floor, and a sloping tank bottom ease cleaning, reduce dirt adhesion and help complete emptying with minimal residual liquid. The “…-ST” interface supplies potential-free contacts for external PLC, robot control or manual switching with indicator lamps. Drainage is via a G 1 three-way ball valve with hose and hose tails on the left side. Compatible baskets, lids and process chemicals are available as accessories from manufacturer Bandelin.
