SONOREX TECHNIK ZM 212 UL is a high-performance two-part ultrasonic bath with bottom and side sonication, without heating, designed for industrial cleaning, service and maintenance. The welded oscillating tank is made from 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404 for durability under intensive use. A modular concept supports configurations from a single cleaning tank through to complete cleaning lines. An integrated overflow pocket allows connection of an oil separator to remove cleaned oil films from the bath liquid, aided by a spray pipe that directs floating oils into the pocket. A level switch provides dry-run protection for the ultrasonic transducers, while height-adjustable feet and rounded tank corners simplify installation and tank cleaning. The inclined tank floor improves sound distribution and drainage. Internal dimensions are 750 × 650 × 500/520 mm with a bath volume of 285,0 l. Nominal power is 3000 W and ultrasonic peak power 12000 W. The separate generator (Bandelin) offers continuous power control, a serial interface and remote-control connection; multiple tanks can be operated from one generator. Drain is via a 3-way ball valve G 1 with hose and 1″ hose nozzle.
