Description
Staining bench with 2 tilting devices and rack, working width 330 mm, is a stainless-steel laboratory unit designed for controlled staining of microscope slides in histology workflows. Fabricated from Nirosta stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) and electropolished for high chemical resistance, it provides two independently operated tilting devices, each holding approximately 10 slides for a total capacity of about 20. Each tilting position supports both staining and washing; wash water and staining liquids drain via a floor outlet fitted with a 16 mm hose connector into a collection vessel or remote sink. The front section folds open so slides can be heated with a Bunsen burner, for example during TB staining protocols. Supplied with a matching rack from manufacturer Landgraf HLL, the assembly sits securely on the laboratory bench and promotes vibration-free operation. Overall dimensions with rack are approximately 390 mm height plus 55 mm handle projection, tray width 330 mm plus 20 mm handle overhang on each side, and depth 255 mm; scientific specifications list overall width 370 mm, height 445 mm and internal working width 330 mm. Weight is 8,5 kg. Scope of delivery comprises the staining trough with two tilting devices and the rack, offered as 1 pc.

Questions about Staining bench with 2 tilting devices and rack, working width 330 mm, histology
What is this article?
Staining bench with 2 tilting devices and rack, working width 330 mm, histology is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Landgraf HLL for laboratory use. It sits in Test tube racks, inside Stands, clamps & racks, in Labware.
A test-tube rack holds tubes upright in an order the operator can read back. The hole diameter and the number of places have to match the tubes. An autoclave-safe rack and a cardboard rack are not interchangeable once heat is involved.
A stand, a clamp and a rack hold something still so the hands can do the work. A bosshead locks a clamp to a rod. A test-tube rack keeps tubes upright and in an order the operator can read back. The failure is almost always mechanical: the clamp slips, or the rack does not match the tube diameter. The glass they support is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
