TICKOPUR RW 77 ultrasonic cleaner with ammonia is a liquid concentrate for cleaning and degreasing disassembled and assembled machine and tool parts made of metal, glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber and printed circuit boards. It shows a mild deoxidising effect on non-ferrous and precious metals and is intended for service, craft, industrial and laboratory use. Specially matched to SONOREX ultrasonic units, it also works for immersion and wipe cleaning. When used correctly it delivers fast, material-compatible results and removes resinification, soot, pigments, grinding, polishing and lapping residues, greases, oils, waxes, paint haze, flux and similar soils from metals, glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber, PCBs, watches, test sieves and coins. At 1 % the pH is 9,9; the product is emulsifying, phosphate-free and biodegradable. Typical ultrasonic dosing is 5 % for 1–10 minutes at 20–80 °C. Alkali-sensitive materials may be attacked—keep exposure short and run compatibility trials. Concentrate content is 5,0 litres from manufacturer Bandelin.
