ZoneDispo SteriPlast is a sterile disposable all-layer sampler that gathers a representative all-layer sample from three different layers in one sampling pull. Fabricated from HDPE under cleanroom conditions, gamma-ray sterilised and individually packed, it is intended for free-flowing powders and small-grain granules where sterility of the sampling tool matters. The unit measures 500 mm in length with a nominal volume of 100 ml (0,1 l), a body diameter of 25 mm and a tip diameter of 30 mm; outer diameter is 30 mm. After collection, the sample can remain secured and transported in the closed sampler, limiting secondary transfer and contamination. This sterile ZoneDispo SteriPlast version from manufacturer Bürkle combines multi-layer zone sampling with single-use convenience for controlled environments. It supports pharmaceutical, food-related and other hygiene-sensitive powder or granule sampling tasks that require a representative cross-section from several layers without reuse of the collector.
