Description
Vane probe, Ø 100 mm, digital, including temperature sensor and wired connection measures flow velocity, volume flow and temperatures up to +70 °C together with a suitable multifunctional measuring instrument (ordered separately). The cable fixed to the handle links the probe directly to the instrument. A structured volume-flow menu allows intuitive use: duct dimensions and geometry are entered for exact volume-flow calculation, while timed and point averages, current value and min/max readings appear on the display. The button on the probe stores single points for multi-point averaging or starts and stops timed series. A universal handle accepts all compatible probe heads, so more applications are covered with less equipment. For cable-free work a Bluetooth handle (up to 20 m) can be ordered instead. Only the probe head is submitted for calibration, so the instrument stays in service. The 100 mm vane integrates flow across a large area during traverse measurements at air and ceiling outlets. Optional extendable telescope with 90° angle and extension reach a combined 2 m for high ceilings; funnel set testovent 417 and a volume-flow straightener support plate valves, ventilation grilles and swirl outlets. This wired configuration from manufacturer Testo suits sites where radio links are restricted.

Questions about Vane probe, Ø 100 mm, digital, including, temperature sensor, wired
What is this article?
Vane probe, Ø 100 mm, digital, including, temperature sensor, wired is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Testo for laboratory use. It sits in Temperature probes & sensors, inside Temperature measurement, in Instruments de précision.
A temperature probe is the sensor, Pt100, thermocouple or thermistor, that a meter or a logger reads. The probe, not the display, is what is calibrated. The sheath material and the response time matter in a liquid versus a block.
A thermometer reports a temperature. A liquid-in-glass thermometer is a calibrated column. A digital thermometer is a sensor and a display, and the sensor, not the display, is what is calibrated. An infrared thermometer reads a surface and depends on emissivity. A data logger stores the reading over time. Without a stated uncertainty and a calibration point, the number is only an indication. The scale is maintained by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET. Accreditation is BELAC.
Which category should I open next?

Shelves beside this one are Laboratory glass thermometers, Hygrometers & humidity meters, Data loggers, Temperature measurement accessories, Digital thermometers and Infrared thermometers.
What should I check before I order?
When this page shows a safety data sheet, use that manufacturer file. Hazard text does not belong in the sales description. For a pack size, a grade or a certificate that is not on the page, send a quote request or contact the team.
