MIXdrive 1 XS stirring system with external control is a compact single-position magnetic stirrer for volumes up to 1,000 ml. The wear-free 2mag induction drive delivers powerful, fully synchronous and jerk-free mixing even at low speeds, with a maximum stirring power of 10 W. A fully encapsulated, hermetically sealed stainless-steel housing with PUR sealing reaches protection class IP68, making the unit water-, dust- and germ-tight, easy to clean and suitable for immersion in water or oil baths as well as use in CO2 incubators and ovens. Basic-version operation is specified up to +50 °C in air and when immersed; integrated M4 threads in the stainless base plate support mounting (not HT version). Compact dimensions of 48 × 48 × 18 mm and a net weight of 0,27 kg suit tight bench layouts. Developed and made in Germany by manufacturer 2mag, the drive requires a separate MIXcontrol unit (order separately). Three-year warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Ideal for robust, maintenance-free stirring where sealed construction and external control are essential.
