Description
Container heater P-Series rapidLine 1000 L 230 V 1300 W Tmax. 90 °C is a flexible jacket heater for standard 1000 L IBC containers, delivering uniform heat input across one heating zone. Rated power is 1300 W at 230 VAC, with a maximum permissible operating temperature of 90 °C and protection class II. The outer material is water-repellent polyester fabric; fastening uses adjustable lashing straps with buckles and attachment hooks for a secure fit around the vessel. Overall length is 4400 mm, heated length 3900 mm, and height 1000 mm, giving broad sidewall coverage for even temperature distribution. Operation always requires a separate temperature controller; the matching unit W6706-1156 (WRL430PW-0090WIN9) is specified for this heater. An optional insulation lid is recommended to speed warm-up and reduce heat loss, and an EX version is also available. Built to IP54, the heater from manufacturer Winkler suits indoor process use; outdoor installation needs additional weather protection such as a canopy or optional PVC outdoor cover. Net weight is 8 kg. Supplied as one piece.

Questions about Container heater P-Series rapidLine 1000L 230V 1.300W Tmax. 90°C
What is this article?
Container heater P-Series rapidLine 1000L 230V 1.300W Tmax. 90°C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Winkler for laboratory use. It sits in Muffle & tube furnaces, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A muffle furnace surrounds a sample with heat for ashing or ignition, often to 1100 °C. A tube furnace heats a sample in a controlled atmosphere inside a tube. The maximum temperature and the chamber size are the specification. A drying oven is not a furnace.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
