Description
Dynamic climate chamber MKF 56-230V is an environmental simulation cabinet for combined temperature and humidity testing according to common DIN and IEC climate standards. It covers −40 °C to +180 °C and a humidity range of 10 % r.H. to 98 % r.H. in a 60 l stainless-steel interior, making it suitable for cold, heat and climatic stress programmes. Humidity is controlled via a capacitive humidity sensor with steam humidification; APT.line™ preheating chamber technology and programmable condensation protection support stable, sample-friendly conditions. A heated viewing window with LED lighting, door heating and a Pt 100 temperature sensor are provided. The MCS controller activates four potential-free switching contacts and drives an intuitive touchscreen with time-segment and real-time programming, adjustable ramp function, integrated chart recorder and real-time clock. An internal data logger exports open-format data via USB; Ethernet connectivity and APT-COM™ Basic Edition software aid multi-unit management. Standard equipment includes one stainless-steel rack, 50 mm left-side access port with silicone plug, hose burst protection with water supply and drain up to 1 m height, four castors (two lockable), PUR foam insulation and compression cooling with CFC-free R-452A. This MKF unit from manufacturer Binder combines broad simulation capability with practical laboratory handling.

Questions about Dynamic climate chambers MKF 56-230V
What is this article?
Dynamic climate chambers MKF 56-230V is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Binder for laboratory use. It sits in Drying ovens & climate chambers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A drying oven holds a temperature above ambient to drive off water or to condition a sample. A climate chamber also holds humidity. Uniformity across the chamber, not only the set point, decides whether two samples on different shelves saw the same conditions.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
Which category should I open next?
