Description
Dynamic climate chamber MKFT240-480V-C is a specialist environmental simulation unit for dynamic climate cycling between −70 °C and +180 °C with controllable relative humidity from 10 % r.h. to 98 % r.h. The 228 l stainless-steel chamber is designed for complex, standards-oriented climatic tests that benefit from strong cooling capacity and fast temperature pull-down. Humidity is regulated via a capacitive humidity sensor and steam humidification, backed by an integrated 20 L fresh-water reservoir with alarm on water shortage. APT.line™ preheating chamber technology, programmable sample condensation protection, a heated viewing window with LED interior lighting, and door heating support reproducible test conditions. Operation is handled through an intuitive touchscreen controller with time-segment and real-time programming, an internal data logger readable via USB in open format, adjustable ramp function, real-time clock, integrated chart recorder, Ethernet computer interface, and BINDER Multi Management Software APT-COM™ Basic Edition from manufacturer Binder. The unit further provides four potential-free switching contacts, a 50 mm access port with silicone plug on the left, class 2 temperature selectable limiter to DIN 12880 with optical alarm, fault diagnosis with optical and acoustic alarm, stainless-steel shelf, hose rupture protection including water inlet and outlet up to 1 m height, CFC-free refrigerants R-452A and R-23 with cascade compression cooling, and four casters two of which lock. Pack size is 1 pc.

Questions about Dynamic climate chambers MKFT240-480V-C
What is this article?
Dynamic climate chambers MKFT240-480V-C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Binder for laboratory use. It sits in Drying ovens & climate chambers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A drying oven holds a temperature above ambient to drive off water or to condition a sample. A climate chamber also holds humidity. Uniformity across the chamber, not only the set point, decides whether two samples on different shelves saw the same conditions.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
Which category should I open next?
