Heating mantle with digital display LBX HM01-D, 1000 ml is a laboratory heating device for controlled warming of liquid samples in vessels of 1000 ml capacity. Electronic temperature setting works with an external Pt100 temperature sensor that monitors the sample liquid in real time and shows the value on the digital display. Mantle surface temperature reaches up to 450 °C; because of heat loss, the maximum temperature of the sample liquid remains lower than the surface value. Continuous operating mode supports prolonged heating sequences, with fast, uniform and safe temperature adjustment for synthesis, digestion and general sample preparation. An aluminium stand rod and a holding device for the Pt100 probe are included so the sensor can be fixed securely in the vessel. The unit runs on 220 V / 50-60 Hz and is supplied as 1 pc with a net weight of 4,000 kg.
