High-temperature furnace with fibre insulation HT 08/16/P570 is a compact stand-alone laboratory furnace for precision thermal processes, with a maximum temperature of 1600 °C. Recommended maximum working temperature is approximately 50 °C below Tmax to limit wear. Dual-shell ventilated housing of textured stainless steel sheets provides low outer surface temperature and high stability. Heating from both sides uses molybdenum disilicide elements, combined with high-quality fibre insulation backed by special insulation and long-life roof insulation with special suspension. Temperature uniformity at 1450 °C reaches up to ±6 °C according to DIN 17052-1. Insulation materials are used exclusively without categorisation under EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP); alumino silicate wool (refractory ceramic fibre, RCF) is not employed. A chain-guided parallel swivel door with labyrinth sealing minimises temperature loss at the door. A roof vapor vent with motorized exhaust air flaps, controlled via the controller extra function, and a stainless steel exhaust hood interface to the customer exhaust system. The touch controller P570 supports 50 programs with 40 segments each; NTLog Basic records process data via USB flash drive.
