Description

Holding device for reaction vessels DN 100 in chrome-nickel steel enables secure suspension of lids and vessels on laboratory stand frameworks. Reaction vessels can be operated and temperature-controlled in various ways; this hanging fixture prevents shifting of the apparatus during experiments by firmly attaching the vessel and lid to a stand rod. Cooling and heating media can then be connected and removed flexibly from below without disturbing the setup. Supplied by manufacturer Duran/DWK Life Sciences under the DURAN ® brand, the device provides stable support for reaction glassware throughout experimental procedures. Constructed from chrome-nickel steel, it offers mechanical strength suitable for repeated laboratory use. With a net weight of 1,637 kg and gross weight of 2,254 kg, the holding device is designed as an accessory for plan flange systems. Applications centre on fixed suspension of lids and reaction vessels, ensuring alignment and safety while allowing convenient access for media connections in heating or cooling configurations.

Questions about Holding Device for Reaction Vessels, from chrome-nickel steel

What is this article?

Holding Device for Reaction Vessels, from chrome-nickel steel is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes DWK Life Sciences for laboratory use. It sits in Microcentrifuge & reaction tubes, inside Microplates, PCR & reaction tubes, in Lab consumables.

A microcentrifuge tube, the familiar 1.5 mL or 2 mL flip-cap tube, holds a small reaction or a spin-down. The cap style, the centrifugal-force rating and whether the tube is low-binding are the specification. A PCR tube is thinner and is a different article.

A microplate is an array of wells so the same step can be done many times. A deep-well plate holds more volume. A PCR plate or a strip of tubes is thin-walled so the temperature of a cycler reaches the liquid quickly. A seal keeps the well from evaporating. The well number, the working volume and whether the plate is skirted for a robot are the choices. Diagnostic test systems are listed under ISO in vitro diagnostic systems. Methods are on PubMed.
