HPM BScope EPL/DF is a laboratory microscope configured specifically for dark-field examinations at up to 1000x magnification. It is supplied complete with a quadruple nosepiece and E-Plan objectives 4x, 10x, S40x and S100x, the 100x objective carrying an integrated iris diaphragm, together with a cardioid condenser and an additional 5 W LED. The binocular/trinocular tube provides a 30° inclined viewing path, 360° rotation and dual adjustable ergo functions, all housed in an all-metal stand with recessed grips. Widefield eyepieces WF 10x/20 mm support magnifications of 40x, 100x, 400x and 1000x. An integrated mechanical stage measuring 152 x 131 mm uses rack-and-belt drive for convenient one-hand operation. A height-adjustable Abbe condenser N.A. 1,25 with iris diaphragm and filter holder complements the dark-field optics. Primary illumination is a regulable 3 W NeoLED unit that can optionally run on batteries and is supplied without a Köhler field diaphragm.
