Culture cultivation device (Aerne control) 2x5 litres is a compact laboratory incubator for controlled culture work with dual 5 L capacity. Its white polypropylene enclosure has 10 mm material thickness and is mounted on an anodised aluminium underframe made from 25 × 25 mm square tubes. Parameter entry is via a rotatable membrane keypad offering five programmable setting ranges with automatic parameter storage. Process windows include pasteurisation temperature 10 °C–99 °C and pasteurisation time 1 min to 100 hours, maturation temperature 10 °C–60 °C and maturation time 1 min to 100 hours, and final cooling 10 °C–40 °C. The culture vessel is chrome-nickel steel complete with lid and stirrer; the mother-culture bottle is Duran glass. A chrome-nickel steel heating element and a 15 L/min circulation pump maintain thermal uniformity, while the water inlet accepts a ½ inch hose connection. Electrical connection is 3~400/N/PE 16 A. Supplied by manufacturer Aerne Analytic, the system suits culture preparation, maturation and controlled cooling steps in laboratory incubation workflows.
