It provides 749 l nominal volume and a set temperature range of +20 °C to +80 °C, operating from at least 5 °C above ambient up to +80 °C. Two grid shelves, an outer stainless-steel door and an inner glass door are included. The electronically adjustable exhaust flap runs from 0 % to 100 % in 10 % increments. Ethernet connectivity enables protocol readout, program transfer and online logging; a USB port on the ControlCOCKPIT accepts a USB stick for convenient data handling. Multiple overtemperature protection, an integrated data logger with at least ten years of capacity and the option to set three calibration values at the ControlCOCKPIT support reliable, traceable use. A factory calibration certificate for +37 °C is supplied. Housing dimensions are 1224 x 1720 x 784 mm in structured stainless steel, with a stainless-steel interior of 1040 x 1200 x 600 mm.
