Muffle furnace SNOL 30/1300 LSF01 is a high-precision laboratory furnace for hardening, annealing, normalising and other thermal processing procedures up to 1300 °C. The usable chamber volume is 30 litres, with internal dimensions of 200 mm width, 440 mm depth and 290 mm height. The chamber is built from fibre thermal insulation boards, with heating elements wound on tubes along two sides for efficient heat transfer, and a ceramic base plate protects the floor. The outer casing is powder-coated sheet metal in grey; the door opens to the right and includes a safety interlock switch, while the control panel in the lower section features a non-programmable Omron E5CC temperature controller. Low thermal mass construction enables rapid heat-up, with a maximum heat-up time without load of 150 minutes, temperature stability of ±1 °C and uniformity of ±10 °C after stabilisation. Rated power is 4,6 kW at 230 V AC, 50 Hz, single phase. External dimensions are 645 × 870 × 840 mm (W × D × H) and net weight is 120 kg.
