Description
Peltier-cooled incubator IPP110eco is a compact cooled incubator with a 108 l stainless steel chamber for controlled incubation between 0 °C and +70 °C. Without light the working range runs from 0 °C (at least 20 °C below ambient) to +70 °C; with light it covers +10 °C to +40 °C, while the settable range remains 0 °C to +70 °C. The unit features SingleDISPLAY ControlCOCKPIT, dual overtemperature protection and an integrated data logger with at least ten years of storage capacity, plus adjustment of three calibration values. Two grid shelves, an outer stainless steel door and an inner glass door are supplied as standard. An Ethernet interface allows protocol data readout, and a factory calibration certificate is included for +10 °C, +25 °C and +40 °C. Structured stainless steel housing measures 745 × 864 × 555 mm; the interior is 560 × 480 × 400 mm. Supply voltage is 230 V/115 V, 50/60 Hz, with maximum power consumption of approximately 320 W. This energy-efficient Peltier model from manufacturer Memmert supports microbiological, pharmaceutical and research incubation workflows that demand stable, quiet temperature control.
This article is part of Incubators, in Heating, drying & cooling.

Questions about Peltier-cooled incubator IPP110eco, 108l, 0-70 °C
What is this article?
Peltier-cooled incubator IPP110eco, 108l, 0-70 °C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Memmert for laboratory use. It sits in Incubators, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
An incubator holds the mild, even temperature a culture needs, often 25 °C or 37 °C, sometimes with carbon dioxide. It is not a drying oven. Uniformity and, for cells, the gas control are the specification. A flask of cells in a drying oven is a dead flask.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
