Description

Forced air drying oven 20 L, 300 °C is a laboratory oven engineered for thermal processes such as drying, preheating, thermal testing and ageing in an air atmosphere up to 300 °C. The SNOL 20/300 LSN11 model features forced horizontal air convection that promotes homogeneous temperature distribution throughout the working chamber. Useful volume is 20 l, with stainless-steel internal dimensions of 240 mm width, 280 mm depth and 340 mm height. External dimensions are 460 mm × 680 mm × 640 mm and net weight is 34 kg. Temperature is controlled by a digital Omron E5CC regulator (non-programmable) with over-temperature protection; stability reaches ±0,3 °C after equilibration. Two perforated shelves are supplied as standard (maximum five), each rated for 10 kg unconcentrated load, while total oven capacity is 20 kg. Power rating is 1,0 kW at 230 V / 50 Hz single phase, protection class IP20. Adjustable chamber air exchange, asbestos-free insulation and a powder-coated grey exterior complete the robust construction from manufacturer SnolTherm, delivering reliable performance for routine laboratory thermal treatment.

Questions about Forced air drying oven 20 L, 300 °C

What is this article?

Forced air drying oven 20 L, 300 °C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes SnolTherm for laboratory use. It sits in Drying ovens & climate chambers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.

A drying oven holds a temperature above ambient to drive off water or to condition a sample. A climate chamber also holds humidity. Uniformity across the chamber, not only the set point, decides whether two samples on different shelves saw the same conditions.

Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
